I believe in the infallible, inspired Word of God. I accept the Textus Receptus manuscripts as the foundational material from which we derive the King James 1611. The Old and New Testament Scriptures were written by human authors divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit, preserved, unbroken and passed down to us today. The Scripture is the final Authority in all matters of faith and practice. (2 Tim. 3:16, I Thes. 2:13, 2 Pet. 1:20-21, Ps. 12:6-8)
I believe in Holy Trinity. That there is one God who has eternally existed as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. One Godhead made up of three Persons Who are the same in attributes, power, characteristics, and desires. (Matt. 28:19, Matt.6:9, John 16:28, Heb. 1:8/13:8, John 14:6, Acts 4:12, John 16:8, 13, I John 5:7
Jesus Christ, eternally existing, is the only begotten Son of God. He became a man totally apart from sin, being conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary.(Is. 9:6-7, Luke 1:30-35, John 1:1-15, Gal. 4:4-5, Phil. 2:5-8, Col. 1:15-16
Man was created in the image of God but fell through sin, bringing on only physical death but also spiritual death-separation from God. Now all mankind is totally depraved, having inherited a sinful nature, is bent toward sinning, and has become sinful in thought, word, and deed. (Gen. 1:26-27; 2:16-17; 3:16-19, Rom. 3:10-23;5:12;6:23)
The Lord Jesus Christ suffered and died as a subsitutionary sacrifice for the sins of the whole world. He arose from the dead in the body in which He was crucified. He ascended into Heaven into Heaven in the glorified body, where He is seated at the right hand of God the Father as Head of the church, making intercession for the saints as our High Priest! (Luke 24, Acts 1:9-11, Romans 5:8-10, 2 Cor. 5:21, Eph. 1:20-23, 1 Pet. 3:18
Mankind is lost because of their sin and must be born again through the shed blood of Jesus Christ to enter the Kingdom of God. Salvation is by grace alone through personal faith in the completed work of Jesus Christ on the cross. John 1:12; 3:3-7, Ephesians 2:8-9
The Lord Jesus Christ Himself is coming again in the air at any moment to "rapture" up those that have received Him as their Personal Saviour and reward their service. The unbelievers left behind will go through a seven year period call the Tribulation, after the tribulation Christ shall return visibly and the earth to set up His Kingdom of 1000 years of righteous rule. After this, the unbelievers of all ages will stand at the Great White Throne to be judged and cast into the lake of Fire, separated from God forever, while believers spend eternity in the fullness of joy in Heaven with the Lord! Matthew 24:59-42, I Corinthians 15:51-52, I Thessalonians 4:16-18, Revelation 20:11-15
Everyone that is saved are called to live a life of separation from all worldly and sinful practices. An individual, once they have accepted Christ as Saviour is a new creature in Christ and should live a holy, consecrated life. Christians should separate themselves from the world and all it's lust in obedience to the command of God. Romans 12:1-2, I John 2:15-17, II Corinthians 5:17; 6:14-18, I Peter 2:9, II Timothy 2:19
The New Testament church of the Lord Jesus Christ is a local body of baptized believers who are associated by covenant in faith and fellowship of the gospel, observing the two ordinances of Christ, committed to His teachings, exercising the gifts, rights, and privileges invested in them by His Word, and seeking to extend the gospel to the ends of the earth. This church is an autonomous body, operating through democratic processes under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. In such a congregation, members are equally responsible. Its Scriptual officers are pastors and deacons. The church, which is Christ's body, includes the redeemed, blood washed ones and will be called out when Christ comes again for His own. Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 2:41-42; 20:28, I Corinthians 11:23-26, I Timothy 3:1-15, Titus 1:5-11, I Peter 5:1-4
